In Golden Beach, Fla., a small town about 20 miles from Downtown Miami, a roughly 1.5-acre estate is coming on the market for $100 million. 

If it sold for close to that sum, the property would be the most expensive ever to trade in Miami-Dade County, according to Ryan Serhant of Serhant, one of the listing agents.
